I am not dead

...though I have felt that way several times the past month. I've sat down a few times to post, but have simply been too braindead to write. Things will likely be this way until I'm settled and have my things in California, though I may be able to squeeze in a few entries after I quit my job next week.

In a nutshell: the inspection for the house went well. The buyer asked for some help in repointing the chimney, but that will just cost us a few hundred dollars. However, I continue to keep my fingers crossed, just in case...

This weekend, J is coming to visit. I haven't seen him in over 35 days save the occasional video chat. So, I will definitely not be blogging any more this weekend!
