Back home, only to leave again
We've been in Oregon on a scouting and interview trip. Will let you know what happens! I'm leaving again on Thursday, this time by myself, to go to Texas for a family reunion. Tomorrow is my 35th birthday. It's just gotten lost in the shuffle, unfortunately. :(
Tiredbuthappy recently had a post about her favorite frugal snack, and asked her readers for theirs. My current favorite snack is frozen grapes. Now, grapes can cost up to $6 a bag and definitely aren't frugal. But, freezing is a way to salvage the older, softer grapes that might otherwise get thrown away. And they taste just like sorbet!

Mmm, I'll have to try frozen grapes. I like to buy frozen blueberries and eat them in a little bowl with skim milk and powdered sugar.
And happy birthday! I hope you move to Oregon. Affordable, hip, lots of outdoor adventures possible, etc.
